In the upper two the ortopantomographs were taking before treatment as a suspection to impacted molars.
The 3rd one was taken in the emergency care were I take shifts, he had his mandible fractured at the angle and a lot of tooth fractured, some of the needed endo work and it was a failure with the first molar.
The lower 2 are a case of a profesor I work with, he performs implants, and as you can say that was THE CASE.
So this cases I colected since I begun to work in the practice for like 6 years. Belive it or not I think It's a lot of them but many of us just don't pay atention to them.
What I usually do when it fails is the intraligamentary or intrapulpal anaesthisia thou I Know what you are going to say about the intrapulpal.
All of the anaesthesias were performed initially at the mandible foramen, and the numbness of the lip plus tip of the tongue was instaled.

such information by consulting the relevant literature.
Next on preface:
My agreement was
contingent upon editorial independence, strict avoidance
of commercial content, and a focus on the interpretation
of panoramic radiographs in general rather
than radiographs made using a machine from one particular
vendor. Each issue was to contain several pages
of content, mostly devoted to one topic in each case.
Since its inception in 2000, twenty-two episodes of Panoramic
Imaging News have been published and, while
the Newsletter is to continue, it has been decided to update
and expand the subject materials published to date
and present these in one convenient volume.
The editor/author-in-chief wishes to thank Panoramic
Corporation for its collaboration over the past
five years and for permission to reproduce prior topics
from Panoramic Imaging News in this book format.
Now I guess your clear on what I said: The lower 2 are a case of a profesor I work with, he performs implants, and as you can say that was THE CASE. He is an consultant for a big corporation wich I don't wanna declare, I will ask for some cases from him And I will surelly let you amazed.
