so what do you call this cusp?

i have my guess but it is a coincidence that the residents and i had an "argument" over what this is called. maybe we can come to a conclusion... :-)

You see its not a really dens a dente.
Dens invaginatus, also known as dens in dente, is a condition found in
Teeth Teeth
where the outer surface folds inward. There are coronal and radicular forms, with the coronal form being more common.
But the X ray we took in 3 incedence didn't reveal no malformation too bad I dond't have them, really would but as I said it was too long ago.
What is you sugestions really love to hear them!

I was looking thru my archives and thats what I found.
This patient came to me 4 years ago with some endo problems. The esthetics didn't bother her at all. I remember the X-ray showed 2 separate canals.

I started to work in the clinicfrom my second year, didn't do endos or something advanced only calculus removal and hygene stuff. This patient was relative of mine she wanted the job cheap cause students do a 75% discount but I wasn't qualified to do it, but of course I remarked the anomaly.
Now I'm a Ist year resident, I take shifts in Emergency in OMF, but I don't quit like it is just I have to do it beacause my thesis in perio surgery.
Now that I told you the story of my life can we go on!

For example the case I present of that guy with replantation.
Got to tell you from the time he came in the clinic and the time the work started more than a week passed by. There was an a enourmous brainstorm on what was to be done and how. 4 folks was thinking on this problem, analizing the posibilities of each treatment plan.
Is it common for you to discus with your colegues, I mean outside the forum, allowing them to cliniclly evaluate the patient on the treatment plan?
